Great news! Taking photos with the iconic Red Rock Canyon NCA sign is now safer and easier than ever!
The popular "Red Rock Canyon Marker North" has been relocated as part of Phase 1 of the Red Rock Legacy Trail Project, creating a dedicated paved parking lot for visitors. This safety-focused initiative, championed by Save Red Rock, moves the sign off the highway so you can park safely and snap your pictures without worrying about traffic.
๐ Where to find the relocated sign:
The marker is on the north side of State Route 159 (Red Rock Canyon Road), approximately 1.7 miles west of the intersection at West Charleston Boulevard and Sky Vista Drive.
Come enjoy this safer visitor experience! We're thrilled that the first phase of the Red Rock Legacy Trail is already prioritizing safety for everyone who loves Red Rock Canyon. โค๏ธ
